There are a few essential steps to help and protect everyone involved and ensure both parties are happy, so if its a service you think you would be interested in using, please follow theses steps:

1. Start by sending us some good quality images of what you would like to sell to hello@goodlondon.co.uk. We’ll need at least a front and back image and a image of the brand label. Additionally, it is important to clearly depict any defects or stains the item may have. Our brand directory lists the brands we look to buy.

2. Our buying team will get back to you within 1-4 days with a quote if we would like to go forward with the sale.

3. Once a price is agreed, you will need to bring your items to the most convenient shop location to you. This is so we can complete a condition check and any required authentication checks. We use a trusted independent authenticity checker for all our high value accessories and some clothing.

4. When all of that is satisfactorily completed, all that remains is to pay you your monies.
